Using the daily agenda in my high school media arts class to teach a wee bit of art practice
Some students in my media arts classes felt like the first two days of whiteboard art school (see earlier posts - otto-m.art) were “too easy to draw.” So, they asked if I could make the next day’s art prompt more difficult. I drew a rather halfway version of the Creature from the Black Lagoon – the Gill Man – and let them have at it. Some copied my drawing and some magically created drawings of the creature from other source material. Regardless, another day of student creativity.
